Product and compatibility questions
Tell us the design you are considering and the model of your existing doorbell if known. A description or photograph of the installation area and available clearance can help us discuss the question. Do not send access codes, passwords or sensitive account information. We cannot confirm compatibility solely from an illustration.
Orders and delivery
Include your order number and the email used at checkout. For an address correction or cancellation, contact us promptly; we need to check whether preparation or dispatch has already progressed. Tracking concerns should include the latest status and the date of the last update.
Returns and product issues
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Do not mail an item before obtaining instructions. For damage or an incorrect item, describe the problem and provide relevant photographs where available. See the Return & Refund Policy for condition, postage and refund timing.
Privacy requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” to ask about access, correction, deletion, marketing choices or other applicable rights. We may need reasonable information to verify a request. Never email a full payment card number or identity document unless a secure, necessary verification process has been explained.
