Before choosing a fixing method

Confirm the item’s actual dimensions, opening size, mounting instructions and suitable surfaces with us before installing. Do not assume that adhesives, screws, brackets or a doorbell are included. Check the package contents stated for the item. Obtain the property owner’s permission where necessary.

Keep every function clear

Leave unobstructed access to the button and preserve camera view, sensor coverage, microphones, speakers, ventilation, drainage and service access. Test the existing doorbell according to its manufacturer’s instructions after any decorative change. Remove the accessory if it affects operation.

Avoid electrical work

Do not drill near unknown wiring or modify the doorbell’s electronics. Follow the device manufacturer’s instructions. If electrical disconnection, wiring or an uncertain installation is involved, consult a qualified professional. Do not use decoration to conceal damage or an unsafe installation.

After installation

Check the fixing and surrounding surface periodically and after severe weather or impact. Remove a loose or damaged accessory safely. Keep loose parts and packaging away from children and pets. No universal-fit, waterproof, damage-free-removal or security-performance claim is made without verified item-specific information.
