Currency and checkout

Store prices and shipping rates are stated in USD. The final total, including any shipping charge and tax collected by the store, is shown at checkout before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or other fees.

Available methods

Use the payment methods actually offered in your checkout session. Payment icons displayed on the website are visual references; availability can vary by device, location, provider and checkout eligibility. We do not guarantee that every displayed method is available for every order.

Payment confirmation

Order preparation begins after the order and payment are confirmed and any necessary information is received. A pending authorization is not the same as a settled charge. Payment checks or declined transactions may delay or prevent order processing.

If payment fails

Check the billing details and contact your payment provider if needed. Avoid repeated submissions if you are unsure whether a charge completed; review your order confirmation and contact us with the order reference. Never send a full card number, security code or password to our support email.

Refunds and account questions

Approved refunds are sent to the original method rather than to a different account. Bank posting times vary. For order support, provide the order number and checkout email; sensitive payment authentication belongs with the payment provider’s secure process.
