Store operator and scope

These terms govern use of the Cirevonas website and orders placed with Dongguan Chipa Technology Co., Ltd.. By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that use or transaction, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law. Review these terms, our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy before ordering.

Eligibility and responsible use

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or act with the required authority. Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content or infringe another person’s rights. Keep account credentials private.

Product descriptions and illustrative images

The collection contains decorative accessories. Current product images are AI-generated design illustrations, not photographs of inspected physical stock. Scenes do not prove exact dimensions, material composition, waterproofing, universal fit, electrical safety, certifications or a particular device compatibility. Doorbells and styling props are excluded unless expressly stated. Ask about missing essential information before ordering; statutory rights concerning description and conformity remain unaffected.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are in USD unless clearly stated otherwise. The checkout displays the order total and collected shipping and tax before payment. A submission or automated acknowledgement does not override payment verification or a notified inability to fulfill an order. If a material error, unavailable item, delivery restriction or payment issue affects the order, we will contact you about a correction, alternative or refund rather than unilaterally increasing an agreed charge.

Shipping, changes and returns

The Shipping Policy forms part of the purchase information. Standard planning combines separate preparation and carrier transport stages. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. Change or cancellation requests are reviewed according to order stage and applicable law. Returns, postage responsibilities and refund timing follow the Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer remedies take priority over any narrower store condition.

Installation and appropriate use

Use an accessory only for its described decorative purpose. Confirm verified dimensions, mounting method, clearance and suitability for the surface and exposure. Keep buttons, cameras, speakers, sensors, wiring access and ventilation clear. Follow the existing device manufacturer’s instructions and seek qualified help for electrical work. Do not treat a surround as a safety device or a protective enclosure.

Intellectual property and third parties

Store text, graphics and original design assets are protected to the extent provided by law. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit them without appropriate permission. Third-party names or device references do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Linked sites and independent payment services are subject to their own terms; we remain responsible for obligations that the law places on us.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a usable store and accurate information, but temporary technical interruptions and correctable errors can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud or other mandatory obligations. Any permitted limitation is subject to those non-excludable rights and is not intended to remove a buyer’s statutory protections.

Privacy and communications

Personal information is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Use the published support channel for order or legal enquiries. Do not send passwords, full payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information in ordinary email or web messages.

Governing law and disputes

To the extent legally permitted, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with disputes heard by the competent court at the company’s location. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections, local jurisdiction rights or remedies that apply in their place of residence. Changes and severability

Updated terms apply prospectively to the extent allowed by law and do not retroactively remove rights attached to an accepted order.
